Founder and CEO

Gracie is an entrepreneur and education expert. She founded Ultra Education to work with leaders in British education and is committed to providing parents and children with the truly industry-leading education advice and programmes.

Patrick Derham

Chairman

Patrick Derham served as Headmaster of Westminster School, Rugby School, and Solihull School, and has devoted his life to promoting higher education and private education.

Sarah Munden

Director of School Application Planning

Sarah served as Registrar at Cheltenham College and Director of Marketing and Admissions at St. Edward’s, Oxford. She is one of the longest- serving Registrars in the Eton and Rugby groups of schools.

Michael Roulston

Director of Mentoring

During his thirty two-year career in school leadership, Michael served as headmaster of a four schools, his last tenure at Dulwich Prep London, the largest boys’ prep school in the UK.

Peter Sharp

Director of University Application Planning

Peter taught in maintained and independent schools, latterly as Deputy Head (Academic) at a Westminster School in London, overseeing the whole academic programme from admissions to university applications.
